Polyurethane foam is commonly used as insulation and structural support material. It can be used in building walls, roofs and floors to insulate, soundproof or add structural strength. It can also be made into furniture and automotive upholstery such as upholstery, mattresses and seats to provide comfort and reduce vibration. It is also used in packaging, refrigerated vehicles and refrigerated equipment to maintain a constant temperature and prevent leakage.

AS100 is a kind of eco-friendly polyurethane foam system without TDI materials, designed with the cold curing foaming technology between 50-60ºC. The finished foam products have good resilience and excellent mechanical properties, widely used for mattress.

AS200 is a kind of eco-friendly polyurethane foam system without TDI materials, designed with the cold curing foaming technology between 40-55ºC. The finished foam products have good resilience and excellent mechanical properties, widely used for model materials.

AS300 designed with the cold curing foaming technology, is eco-friendly polyurethane foam. It has excellent mechanical and anti-fatigue property with the advantage of short production cycle, high efficiency and low energy consumption.It is widely used for Air filter foam of cars, vessels, and other internal combustion engine etc.

AS400A is a formulated polyol mixed with polyether polyol, polymer polyol, crosslinking Agent, foaming agent and other composite catalyst.
AS400B is based on MDI. It is designed with the cold curing foaming technology, suitable for the mould temperature between 40-50ºC and has excellent fluidity, resilience properties and fatigue resistance performance.It is widely used for seat of auto seat and furniture cushion etc.

AS500-A is the polyol component, AS500--B is the prepolymer blocked by isocyanate.Used for the filling of engineering equipment tires.
