Industrial Casein, also known as reproduced casein, it is acidized from natural yak milk by hi-technology and biology, it is purification material. It can not be replaced by other synthetic materials. Based on its properties such as bonding, filming, brightness, emulsion, stability and such superior performance, it is very good raw materials for adhesion and various industries available in different mesh size of 30-60, 60-90 and 90-110.

Casein in food is especially suitable for cheese, ice cream (dosage 0.3% ~ 0.7%), meat products (such as ham, sausage, dosage 1% ~ 3%) and aquatic minced meat products; 5% addition to strengthen the protein in the bread and cookies; mayonnaise in the dosage of 3%. Because casein is the most complete protein, it can also be used with cereal products to make high-protein cereal products, senior food, baby food and diabetic food.
Casein is mainly used as a nutrient fortifier for solid foods in the food industry, and also as a thickening and emulsifying stabilizer in food processing, and sometimes as a binder, filler and carrier.
